Terms & Conditions
- There shall be only one category of prize; this shall be a 'Student Survival Kit' which contains one mountain bike, one laptop and one laptop case.
- You may only enter the draw once.
- Winners will be the first to be picked out of the hat, who have answered the multiple choice questions with the correct answer.
- The competition is open to UK nationals, and those given indefinite leave to remain in the UK (with the exception of permanent residents of the Channel Islands).
- All winners will submit proof of the above eligibility before the prize can be confirmed by UNIAID.
- Closing date for entries is 12.00 on Friday 30th November, 2007. UNIAID cannot accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete or delayed.
- Proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Employees of UNIAID or the competition’s sponsor, Sell Student Books, their families* or anyone associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
*The father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, grandmother, grandfather, grandson or granddaughter, or; the brother, sister, uncle, aunt, niece or nephew (full or half blood or by affinity) of that person or of that person's spouse or former spouse, and includes, in relation to a person who is living with a another person as husband and wife, any person who would fall within these categories if the parties were married to each other.
- The winners will be notified in writing 7 days after a random draw of entries is made. There will be no judgement except that entries in the draw shall include the correct answer to multiple choice question. No correspondence will be entered into and the decision of UNIAID in all matters relating to the draw winners is final and binding.
- All prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
- The UNIAID Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or equivalent value.
- The prize delivered may differ from that shown on the promotional picture.
- The UNIAID Foundation reserves the right to withdraw the competition without explanation.
- The UNIAID Foundation, and the sponsors of this promotion, reserve the right to feature the name, county/postal district, university, subject studied and photographic image of winners in future promotions.
- Winners of this competition may be invited by Sell Student Books to take part in promotional publicity.
- Copyright for all entries will become the property of the UNIAID Foundation Ltd and may be used in any manner it chooses without further consent.
